US Office Elements LLC Warranty and Returns Policies

Warranties

  1. Chairs and Barstools

All our barstools and office chairs carry a 12 month warranty from date of delivery to the customer. This warranty is limited to workmanship (i.e. manufacturer’s defects) and damage as a result normal use.

  • Chairs used 5 days a week for up to 9 hours a day, is considered “normal use”.
  • Abuse and normal wear and tear are excluded.
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to do general and correct maintenance of chairs i.e. tightening screws when needed, cleaning the chair with a damp cloth and detergents that don’t contain any harsh chemicals, keeping the chair out of direct sunlight for an extended period, etc.
  • Each chair is warrantied for its normal individual weight capacity, as specified.
  • Each warranty claim is subject to the presentation of clear photos and a detailed description of the damage or defect and how and when it occurred.
  • Chairs are warrantied on the basis that we reserve the right to firstly replace damaged parts or repair faulty items. Replacement of a full unit will only be considered in exceptional cases.
  • Turnaround time on spare parts being shipped to a customer should be within 48 hours from the US warehouse, if the parts are in stock.

 

  1. Home and Hospitality Products

All our home and hospitality products carry a 12 month warranty from date of delivery to the customer. This warranty is limited to workmanship (i.e. manufacturer’s defects) and damage as a result normal use. 

  • Normal use is considered as applying the item for the purpose that it was designed and intended for.
  • Abuse and normal wear and tear are excluded.
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to do general and correct maintenance of each item i.e. cleaning the item with appropriate detergents that don’t contain any harsh chemicals, drying it properly before storing it away, not exposing it to direct sunlight or extreme weather conditions for an extended period of time, etc.
  • Where applicable, each item is warrantied for its normal individual weight capacity, as specified.
  • Each warranty claim is subject to the presentation of clear photos and a detailed description of the damage or defect and how and when it occurred.
  • As no spare parts are being kept in stock for these products, US Office Elements will gladly replace the entire item once the photos and the description have been evaluated.
  • Turnaround time for the replacement unit being shipped to a customer should be within 24 to 48 hours from the US warehouse, if the item is in stock.

Returns

Within the  first  thirty days  after delivery, we will  gladly except any  return in  its  original packaging, for  a full refund.

The chair should be in perfect, re-sellable condition. If the item was already assembled by the customer, all parts should be disassembled and packed securely to minimize possible damage. If the original packaging was damaged, please include a note and photos and use a suitable sturdy box to return the item.
