Terms and Conditions for Applying as a Reseller

  1. A reseller account will only be granted after a successful application process.
  2. A reseller must be registered to conduct business in the USA.
  3. Reseller pricing is confidential between the reseller and US Office Elements LLC (USOE).
  4. The reseller pricing model offers a discount on selected items and includes direct shipping to the customer anywhere in continental USA.
  5. The reseller (discounted) prices will only be visible when logged in as a reseller.
  6. Any item that shows no discounted price, is only available at the normal price, but will still be shipped to the customer at no extra cost.
  7. The full Terms and Conditions document will be made available once an application has been approved.
